What to expect when you call.

You call. We pick up.
A project manager or on-call crew member answers. You describe what's happening. We ask a few questions.

We dispatch within the hour.
For active leaks and structural damage, we get a tarp crew out as fast as conditions allow. We prioritize interior water first.

We secure and document.
Tarp goes on, damage is photographed and documented. That documentation is what your insurance company will need. We build it while we're there.

We schedule the full inspection for first daylight.
Emergency tarping is not the final solution. We come back when we can do a complete inspection and scope the repair or replacement.
